Prostrate annual, gray-pubescent, with bifid hairs, up to 6-14 cm high. Stems branching from base. Leaves 0.6-1.8 cm long, oblong-spathulate or linear, obtuse, tapering into a petiole. Flowers small, about 5 mm wide. Petals twice as long as sepals, obovate, clawed, white. Fruiting pedicel 3-8 mm long. Silicle 2-3 mm long, nearly orbicular with apiculate style, with scattered bifid hairs; valves 1-nerved. Seeds 1-2 in each cell, winged, brown. Flowering from February to April.
