Small, erect, grey-canescent shrublet, with many stiffly branches, 20-50 cm high. Leaves sessile, 3-5 foliolate; leaflets 2-9 mm long, obovate-cuneate, obtuse or retuse, pilose below. Flowers solitary, sessile to subsessile, 4-8 mm long. Calyx 4-7 mm long, pubescent. Corolla slightly exceeding the calyx, white to pink. Pod linear, straight, 5-6 seeded, 6-10 mm long, faintly constricted between the seeds. Seeds spherical, smooth, brown, with black spots. Flowering from March to April and from August to to December.
Sandy soil along the coastal regions or around saline regions.
