Forage.
Annual herb, prostrate or decumbent or erect, 5-25 cm high, mostly very viscid and often covered with sand grains. Leaves 3-foliolate, leaflets oblong, serrate, 5-10 mm long, 2-4 mm wide. Flowers 5-6 mm long, pink with a white keel, solitary on very short peduncles, forming dense terminal racemes. Calyx 4-6 mm long, strongly nerved, with linear, acute teeth. Corolla about equaling the calyx. Pod oblong, glandular-hairy, 4-6 mm long, erect. Seeds orbicular-reniform, brown, with fine tubercles. Flowering from February to April.
