Honey nectar plants.
Perennial, stems branching from base, prostate or spreading, up to 40 cm, covered with short white hairs. Leaves paired, each with 8-14 leaflets. Flowers solitary, yellow, 0.5-1 cm across, on stalk up to 0.5 cm. Fruits along underside of stems. c. 1 cm across, consisting of 5 segments with toothed narrow wings, without spines. Flowering March-April.
